The aim of this resource is to provide you with lesson plans that have been sequenced specifically for each area of the body. Each section has a video demonstrating the yoga sequence, along with a downloadable lesson plan and audio file. You will be required to provide us with an email to access the free techniques. We will not pass your details on to any 3rd parties, or send you emails unless you specially request to be kept informed.
