YSS Refund Policy (effective December 8, 2018)
Yoga Sports Coach™ Certification Course
$500 / £500 Non-Refundable Deposit
Full balance payment refunds
2 months before course entry date (PreCourse) - 100% refund
1 month before course entry date (PreCourse) - 50% refund
<1 month before course entry date (PreCourse) - no refund given
Balance payment plan refunds
All refunds for payment plans will be subject to a 10% processing fee on total payments made at time of request of refund.
2 month before course entry date (PreCourse) - 100% refund - 10% fee
1 month before course entry date (PreCourse) - 50% refund - 10% fee
<1 month before course entry date (Precourse) - no refund given
Once a student has been enrolled into the Course and the course has officially begun, there will be no refund of the Course fees. If a student chooses to withdraw, at any point during the Course, the fees will not be refunded.
Extenuating Circumstances and Deferral of Studies
- If a student requests to defer to another Course and is approved, a deferral fee will be incurred.
- If a student on the Course experiences a bereavement or demonstrates other extenuating circumstances they can request from the YSS Team to have a leave of absence. If agreed upon, they can rejoin a future Course when the appropriate Module is available. An administration fee will be charged to rejoin.

No refund will be given for withdrawal from the course once entrance to the online portion of the course has been granted. If you experiences a bereavement or demonstrates other extenuating circumstances, the YSS Team will work with you (see deferral policy below)
Deferral Policy
Deferral to another course can be made at any time prior to the online course entry date. If a student requests to defer to another Course and is approved, a deferral fee will be incurred.. A deferral will expire 18 months post the date of the course signed up for.
