This 3rd course can be used on its own, but is designed to build upon the science of movement & Yoga Biomechanics 101 from the previous 2 courses on Posture & Patterns. Build on your knowledge on internal loads by exploring how to access greater power, stability, & strength.
What you'll get:

- UNIT 1 - SCIENCE: discover how to move dynamically with greater fluid strength. Learn how to switch on your postural power in ANY pose, (asana), & understand how to work with anatomical planes of movement, continue to build on your body reading & cueing skills.
- UNIT 2 - AWARENESS: the Science of Awareness explores elements of neuroscience. Identify the body's response in terms of force, flow, & loading during dynamic movement.
- UNIT 3 - EMBODY: the Science of Embodiment explores how to ‘find & feel’ movement. Explore how to utilize loading strategies to facilitate greater dynamic movement control, efficiency & fluid strength.
- UNIT 4 - APPLY: all previous elements are combined & applied in a yoga context with an understanding of how the benefits can be applied in life. Apply what you've learned on the mat via our yoga micro-sequence emphasizing these loading strategies.
- UNIT 5 - ATTRACT: the Playbook on the ‘Science and Secrets of Attracting More Students - Improving Strength, Flow & Athletic Movement’. Throughout this process you learn the science behind attracting more students by speaking directly to what they want.
