Liability Agreement

Your Liability to Us

You agree to take full responsibility for your participation, actions, and involvement whilst engaged in your studies created by the Institute of Yoga Sports Science®. You release the Institute of Yoga Sports Science®, Hayley Winter and the Course tutors, team, and any other agents officially connected to the Course, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness, or injury from whatever source which might occur during your studies.

You specifically release any persons from any liability or responsibility for your physical condition. You understand that your participation is voluntary and you freely choose to participate. You understand fully that you are entirely responsible for your own health and well-being whilst practicing any of the techniques, or sequences either when following the video content, following the podcasts, or independently practicing the techniques. You understand that Hayley Winter and the Institute of Yoga Sports ScienceⓇ do not provide medical coverage for you.

You accept full responsibility and agree that once you complete any training with The Institute of Yoga Sports Science®, you are fully responsible for the health and well-being of any individual, or clients you work with.

You acknowledge that the Institute of Yoga Sports Science®,  Hayley Winter, and the YSS team are released from any liability regarding any individuals that you work with during your training and once you have completed any Courses you take with us.
