Why I chose to train with The Institute of Yoga Sports Science®:

I chose to train with The Institute of Yoga Sports Science® (YSS) so that I can teach athletes yoga the correct way in order for them to perform better in their sport. I have seen too many athletes get hurt trying yoga because of improper technique or knowledge from the instructor. I want to be able to teach them the correct way because yoga is such a powerful tool for athletes.

I plan on implementing what I learn at YSS to athletes at my husband's gym. My husband owns an athletic training facility and I am so excited to be able to share my knowledge and passion for yoga to his athletes.
