I have always had a love for yoga and sport fitness, finding Yoga Sports Science® (YSS) was a way to make the two connect seamlessly. I found the harder I trained, the more I needed something to balance the effort I was putting in and the results I wanted out. YSS was the perfect way to not only strengthen my fitness, but to gain knowledge of the human body while challenging my own yoga practice. 

YSS Case Study Research: Triathlon

I will be working to begin a career as a Yoga Sports Coach, working with athletes, studios, and gyms in and around the Boulder community, in the U.S.  Likewise, I hope to continue my YSS education through the Advanced Coach Training.
