I am a Hot, Power & Hatha Yoga teacher based in Bath and  run a successful functional, strength, biomechanics and sports focused Yoga & Sports Massage business. My clients range from Elite athletes to 1:1 sessions for clients suffering with anxiety and depression.

My Yoga Sports Coaching experience enabled me to work with Mark Webber and his Strength & Conditioning Team at Porsche.

I've also worked with the British Bobsleigh and Volleyball teams and have written for leading Sports and Health Magazines, such as Men’s Health and Triathlon 220. I organise UK wide workshops, weekend retreats and Yoga Retreats worldwide.

As well studying with YSS, I have trained with the Yoga Alliance, David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Bob Cooley and Anne Tierney in resistance stretching techniques  in the USA, Myofascial training with Mike Doxey and Garuda Foundation mat work with James D’Silva. I am also an SMA, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. and VCTC Massage Therapist.
