Some of the challenges in Winter sports

Are you aware of how cold weather can affect the way your body performs and moves?

Do your muscles and joints feel stiff in the winter?

Do you know how to help your students or clients feel or perform better in cold weather?

๐Ÿฅถ ๐Ÿฆด ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿผ

As human athletes, we can all feel the physical impact of winter’s chill, but for recreational and professional athletes, the cold impairs the body’s ability to function under high-intensity conditions. This means less efficient muscles creates slower reaction times and can lead to a higher rate of injury in the cold.
