BACKGROUND

In 2005, Sir Clive Woodward brought Hayley Winter in to join the medical team at Southampton F.C. It was during this time that Hayley began working with Gareth Bale and the team. 

For the past 30 years, Hayley Winter has been a yoga educator, working as a Yoga Sports Scientist, an elite movement consultant, international lecturer, and founder of The Institute of Yoga Sports Science® (YSS). Over a decade ago, Hayley pioneered teaching yoga online and developed an evidence-based methodology to help yoga teachers, coaches, and fitness professionals bridge the gap between yoga and sport.
